The expertise is,by excellency, a personal and critical work, including not only the result of examining the facts in terms of accuracy of formal and material but also the expert opinion on the causes and effects related to the object of his research.

After the primary purpose for which they were required, the accounting expertise can be classified:

• a.accounting records expertise - regulated by the Code of Civil Procedure, Criminal Procedure Code and other special laws;
• b.extra accounting expertise - are regulated out side the procedures , with no quality of evidence in court, but just an argument.
